Land Securities currently has six buildings (approximately 624,000 sq ft) operating in its Landflex Portfolio across central London, but has ambitions to expand to some 1.5 million sq ft in the Capital in the medium term.
Landflex was created by Land Securities following extensive research in to the needs of modern business.
Landflex can best be described as fitting between a conventional office and a serviced office solution.
However, the Landflex product differentiates itself by offering flexibility on leases, certainty on costs and a broader range of servicing to our customers.
Additional Services within the Landflex buildings includes Fit-out, furniture provision, IT & telephony, servicing to customer demise and central meeting rooms and Business Club.
