Landflex has a team of dedicated staff focused entirely on delivering and managing building services to our customers.
Customers can make requests for all service enquiries either face to face to our on site Landflex representatives, or alternatively, via the Landflex Customer Service Centre which is available 24 hour, 365 days per year.
Service Guarantee
When making a service request, the Landflex customer will be provided with an estimated completion time. The following tables provide some examples of Customer response times:

| Most normal requirements where defects are not seriously affecting the working environment | General day to day repairs | 24 hours |
