Leases may be of any length between 1 year and 15 years.

Leases may contain options to cancel (break) or extend (renew).
Is it possible to have more than one lease?
Many leases may be taken at the same time in the same building.
How often is the accommodation charge reviewed?
Accommodation charge (rent and services) is reviewed annually upwards and downwards in line with the Retail Prices Index.
Are repairs and maintenance the responsibility of the tenant?
Repairs and maintenance remain the responsibility of Landflex which means no dilapidations (excluding re-instatement where applicable).
