Landflex offers a different occupier solution. Each Landflex Lease can be specifically tailored to meet the individual business needs of the occupier. If these needs are subject to future change, the Landflex Lease can contain a cancellation provision or alternatively an opportunity to extend or even both. We also offer options to reserve additional space for future expansion.

As well as flexible leasing, Landflex can also offer the occupier a choice of taking a number of different length leases for different office areas, thereby creating a ‘blend of leases’ that properly matches your business plan and allows for future changes.
