There are no unpleasant surprises when it comes to Landflex costs. Our customers know from the outset what their office occupancy costs will be, now and for their whole stay in a Landflex building.

Landflex Customers pay an Accommodation Charge, billed monthly, which is made up of Rent and their proportion of the overall cost of providing the Core Services to both the common parts of the building and the customers offices.

At the commencement of the Landflex lease, the Accommodation Charge is agreed with the Customer and then fixed for the whole term, subject only to annual RPI adjustment.
