The whole building will be fully maintained for the term of the customers' lease and all planned maintenance, reactive repairs and life cycle replacement will be undertaken at no extra cost both in the common areas and the customer's own specific offices. Landflex will undertake planned preventative maintenance in a pro-active manner to ensure that the building operates smoothly and effectively, the premises retain their appearance, and all legal requirements are met.
